Paul and Sarah Dunn
-- Paul and Sarah Dunn visited our services on March 25, 2001, and came forward after the sermon asking how to be saved. Mrs. O'Neal, shown with them, led them to the Lord. They were baptized that very service.
Charlie Hagan
-- Charlie Hagan was a coworker of one of our members, Dorece Shiver. Brother Dorece and I visited Charlie, age 67, in his home, and I had the privilege of leading him to Christ.
Dawn Hudson
-- Mrs. O'Neal and Jessica Salo visited Dawn Hudson in the home a few times before they had the opportunity to actually present the gospel. They persisted, and on Jan. 20, 2001 Mrs. O'Neal led her to the Lord. She made her public profession of faith two weeks later, and two weeks after that she was baptized.
Gerves Pittman
-- Gerves Pittman attended our services for the first time Nov. 12, 2000, trusted Christ, and was baptized.
Kelsi Bass
-- Kelsi Bass, a friend of the Salos (below), rode our bus and trusted Christ in our children's church in Oct., 2000.
Crystal Salo
-- Crystal Salo, contacted through our bus ministry, was saved in September, 2000 in her living room.
Nikki Price
-- Nikki Price was visiting her friend, Crystal (above). Wayne Glenn and I visited the Salo home as part of our soul-winning training program, and I had the joy of leading Crystal and Nikki to the Lord!
Bob Salo
-- Bob Salo, Crystal's dad, was saved soon after Crystal, when he attended a revival meeting service at our church when Evangelist Hugh Pyle was preaching.
Bob Salo, the soul-winner
-- Although a brand new convert, Bob Salo enrolled in our soul-winning training program and is excited about learning to win people to the Lord!
Bob and Jessica Salo
-- Bob's wife, Jessica, who was baptized before Bob and is also enrolled in our soul-winning training program, has "jumped in with both feet," attending every service and always volunteering to help where needed.
Lilly Sirmons
-- Lilly Sirmons, a neighbor and relative of Sherelle Kuck, trusted Christ in her home and was born again in April, 2000.
Traye Sirmons
-- Traye was saved in his home at the same time as his mother, Lilly.
Wes Sirmons
-- Wes, a cousin of Sherelle Kuck (see below), trusted Christ in March and was baptized.
Sharon Miller and Becca Garlock
-- These two sisters, two more of our Ryan's Steakhouse waitresses, trusted Christ on Sunday night, Mar. 19, 2000.
Ethan and Lois Oxenrider
-- Lois was another one of our waitresses at Ryan's Steakhouse. Their two daughters, Patricia and Kimberly, were won to the Lord in the home.
Ashley Braswell
-- Ashley, cousin to Kim and Tiffany Braswell, came to church at their invitation, trusted Christ, and was baptized. Ashley attends regularly with her relatives.
Jessica Trotman
-- Jessica came to church at the invitation of her friend, Kim Braswell, trusted Christ, and was baptized.
The Braswells
-- Tiffany Braswell, to the far left, one of our bus riders, was saved and baptized. Later, her other family members came. Kim trusted Christ and was baptized, as was her mother, Midget. Melvin also united with the church.
Donny and Linde Maler
-- These young people were living together, out of wedlock, with their little baby. They rededicated their lives to Christ, were married, and Linde was baptized. They have recently moved to Florida near her parents.
Sherelle Kuck
-- Although Sherelle has been one of our waitresses for some time at Ryan's Steakhouse, I led her to Christ at a McDonald's restaurant. She attends regularly on Sunday nights and has brought several family members to church. Some of them have been saved recently.
James and Darla Loga
-- This young couple just had a new addition to their family, not shown here, Ashley Lauren Loga! I'll have to scan a photo of her for you. She's a beauty!
James is baptized
-- Brother James went through a period of Holy Ghost conviction, having visited us for several Sundays before finally trusting Christ. He was baptized a few weeks later.
Darla is baptized
-- James and Darla were determined to get baptized this Sunday, May 23, 1999, even though they left their changes of clothes at the house! With the help of towels and sunshine, they were able to "drip-dry" somewhat while talking to encouraging church members after the baptism!
Look closely for the lady with the busted leg!!!
-- Talk about determination! John's grandmother, Geneva, and his wife, Cheryl, both had a bad fall at the house. Geneva came to church with a broken arm, and Cheryl's badly sprained and bruised foot is propped up on a chair in this photo!
John and Cheryl Tinsley
-- John was led to Christ in his home by one of our members, Wayne Glenn.
